School Uniform

School colours are black and pale blue.

Polo shirts, jumpers and PE Kit are supplied by the school.

Trousers should be black or grey. Skirts should be black or grey and of a suitable length. Shoes should be sensible and comfortable. In case of sensory issues regarding clothes, please contact your child’s form tutor.

• No cropped, low cut or strapless tops.
• Skirts and shorts should be around knee length.
• Shoes must be sensible and closed‑toe to ensure safety at all times.
• Clothing should be appropriate and reflect the identity of our school.

Planned outdoor activity is a very important aspect of learning at New Barn School. During the colder months, please could you ensure that your child has a waterproof coat in school at all times.

Specialist safety equipment such as protective overalls and gloves will be provided by the school.
